Orders placed before 17:00 (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles) are processed the same day.

6. Can I return a product?
Yes, you can return new, unused products within 30 days.

7. Who pays for return shipping?
If the product is defective, we cover the cost. Otherwise, the customer is responsible.

8. Do you accept exchanges?
No direct exchanges — return the product for a refund and place a new order.

9. How will I get my refund?
